This position is an overtime eligible manager (OEM), overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Operations & Compliance Guru: You keep everything sharp, upholding standards for grooming, safety, and certifications-Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, First Aid, and more.
• Admin Ace: Behind the scenes, you handle payroll, scheduling, and reports, tracking staff hours and productivity with ease.
• Quality & Promotions Pro: You ensure food looks and tastes excellent, create fun promotions, and oversee inventory and beverage purchasing.
• Communication & Problem-Solving Hero: You keep everyone informed and address guest requests or concerns quickly, always ensuring satisfaction.
• General Go-Getter: You analyze reports, attend meetings, and jump in wherever needed, bringing versatility and positivity to the team.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality, or a relevant college degree with related experience.
• Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred, with excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

This Key West Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott hotel offers a large outdoor pool with poolside cabanas, a daily hot breakfast, and free WiFi. Guests will be 5 minutes drive from historic Old Town Key West and 2 mi from Duval Street. A flat-screen cable TV, microwave, and small refrigerator are featured in all rooms. Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Key West rooms are decorated in vibrant colors and include coffee-making facilities. Select rooms have private balconies. Guests can relax on the large sun terrace beside the pool or use cardio equipment and free-weights in the fitness center.
