What We’re Looking For We are seeking caregivers who embody our core values of compassion, professionalism, and dependability. The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in caregiving or home care services (CNA certification is a plus but not required).
- Passionate about helping others and dedicated to providing exceptional care.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Comfortable assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
- Able to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for clients and their families at all times.
Job Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years in caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
