Ellie Mental Health is recruiting LGPC's, LMSW's, LCSW-C's, and LCPC's at our Lutherville, Owings Mills and Baltimore Cross Keys locations.Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose mental health conditions, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain documentation.
- Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
- Use creativity in interventions to help clients exceed their goals.
- Maintain a caseload of 25 billable client visits per week.
- Coordinate with case managers, families, work personnel, medical staff, and school staff as needed.
- Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
- Current: LCPC and LCSW-C Maryland license.
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
- A sense of humor will invariably be required.
Compensation: Fully Licensed - $76,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
