Our client is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their growing Total Rewards team in Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven HR professional who enjoys compensation analytics, market benchmarking, and compensation program administration while contributing to a major HR systems transformation. This role offers high visibility across the organization and the opportunity to partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and project teams to help shape compensation strategies and support enterprise-wide initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market pricing and salary benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation practicesEvaluate jobs and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, and related documentationSupport annual compensation processes, including merit increases and incentive programsAnalyze compensation data, including compa-ratios, pay equity, and market competitivenessParticipate in compensation surveys and maintain external market data resourcesEnsure compensation data accuracy through audits, reporting, and data integrity initiativesDevelop and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analyticsSupport HR technology and systems projects, including ongoing HRIS enhancements and implementation initiativesPartner with HR and business leaders to align compensation programs with organizational objectivesAssist with executive-level reporting, presentations, and compensation-related analysesContribute to process improvement and Total Rewards projects across the organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree required3–5 years of compensation, Total Rewards, HR analytics, or related HR experienceExperience with market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysisKnowledge of merit increase and incentive compensation programsExperience analyzing compensation metrics, including compa-ratios and pay equity dataStrong compensation reporting and data management skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and large data set analysisExperience supporting HRIS implementations or system enhancements preferredWorkday experience strongly preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesWhy Consider This Opportunity?Hybrid/remote flexibility with limited travel requirementsExposure to enterprise-level compensation strategy and Total Rewards initiativesOpportunity to play a key role in a major HR systems transformationHighly visible position with collaboration across multiple business functionsCompetitive compensation package with growth potentialLocation: Chicago Area | Hybrid - Remote Flexibility#J-18808-Ljbffr
