PURPOSE

The Rewards Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and execution of compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with global rewards principles and U.S. market practices. This role is focused on centralized rewards operations, providing analytical and operational support for annual compensation processes and maintaining compensation data integrity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Support the planning, execution, and administration of annual compensation processes, including merit increases, incentive programs, and market reviews, by preparing data, validating inputs, and ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Maintain and update compensation data, job information, and market pricing to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reporting.
  • Conduct compensation analyses using Excel, including evaluations of internal pay trends, salary range penetration, market competitiveness, and pay equity indicators to support informed compensation decisions.
  • Analyze compensation and workforce data to support reporting, audits, and responses to compensation-related inquiries.
  • Apply a working knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, including FLSA, incentive programs, and market pricing methodologies, to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Prepare reports, templates, dashboards, and documentation that support compensation programs and rewards operations.
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries with a customer-focused approach, clearly communicating policies, guidelines, and established processes.
  • Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs) by effectively prioritizing work and responding to requests within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, managers, HR partners, and shared services teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement of compensation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with 1+ years of related experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
  • Experience with compensation or HRIS systems preferred (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, MarketPay, SAP HR, Workday, or similar platforms).
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
