Job Details

We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation policies and programs. This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse team of professionals and to contribute significantly to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
2. Plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation programs, policies, and procedures to be responsive to the company's goals and competitive practices.
3. Conduct salary surveys and study labor markets to determine compensation trends.
4. Analyze company compensation policies in relation to government wage and hour regulations, prevailing rates for similar jobs in comparable industries or geographic areas, and recommend changes as appropriate to establish and maintain competitive rates.
5. Develop techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
6. Supervise the participation in, conducts and/or purchases exempt and non-exempt salary surveys to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
7. Keep apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
8. Work closely with HR Business Partners and Recruiters to offer competitive compensation packages and ensure equity across all levels of the organization.
9. Manage the company's equity compensation program, ensuring all equity compensation is administered in accordance with company policy and governance guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, including experience with equity compensation.
3. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
4. Proficiency in HRIS and compensation benchmarking systems.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks while still delivering high-quality results.
8. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
9. Ability to work independently and within a team.
10. Strong understanding of HR practices and compensation cycle management.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
