Job Summary: This position provides day-to-day compensation support and analysis for staff and manager level positions across the health system. Consults with management on issues and questions relating to compensation and serves as a partner with Talent Acquisition in assessing job offers. Provides market analysis, maintains salary structures, and provides job evaluations. Responsible for job description maintenance, FLSA determination, market pricing, bonus program administration and all compensation related questions. Responsible for program and project assignments, working independently or collaboratively as appropriate to accomplish the assigned compensation analysis. Conducts significant data and cost analyst work to assess current state and make recommendations about future state compensation needs. Other duties as required. Qualifications:Requires an Associates degree and a minimum of three years of progressive HR experience focusing in compensation, recruiting, or HRIS.Extensive knowledge of Excel, quantitative and qualitative research methods, knowledge of HR law (experience with FLSA), regulations, and compensation best practices. Ability to work independently with judgment and discretion is critical. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP professional) or PHR preferred. EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability
