** COMPENSATION ANALYST**

Location; Huntington Beach, CA (onsite with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement)

** JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a skilled Compensation analyst to oversee and enhance our client's compensation programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can conduct in-depth market analyses, produce insightful metrics, and collaborate effectively with other HR functions to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Manage and optimize the company's compensation programs to align with organizational goals and market standards.
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to benchmark compensation structures and identify competitive trends.
• Develop and present key metrics and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR teams to integrate compensation strategies with broader talent management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation laws and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee compensation surveys to gather and analyze external data for decision-making.
• Advise leadership on compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding compensation policies and practices.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments to maintain competitive pay scales.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address compensation-related challenges and opportunities.

** QUALIFICATIONS**

• Experience utilizing the Radford compensation database.
• Proven experience developing compensation programs and structures from the ground up.
• Proven expertise in compensation analysis and program management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and principles.
• Experience conducting benchmarking and market surveys to support compensation decisions.
• Familiarity with workers' compensation laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in producing and communicating detailed metrics and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across HR functions and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information effectively.
