Job Summary: We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to support broad-based compensation programs and processes across multiple business units. This role supports compensation administration through reporting, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation processes to help maintain competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. The position works with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in compensation. We are looking for a Compensation Analyst who will: + Support the administration of compensation programs for multiple business units. + Perform market pricing exercises, as needed. + Help administer the annual enterprise merit increase and bonus planning process. + Conduct compensation research and analysis to identify trends and support decision-making. + Support compensation survey participation and market data review. + Assist the Compensation team in resolving compensation-related questions, data issues, and process concerns. + Stay informed on compensation trends and best practices to build knowledge and support ongoing development in the field. + Support compensation-related projects and other assigned initiatives. + Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal compensation information about employees. + Perform other duties and projects, as needed. Qualifications What you bring: + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, or related field + 1-3 years of experience in Compensation, Finance, Analytics, or a related field + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills + Effective written and verbal communication skills + Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with reporting/database programs is a plus + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment + Strong attention to detail and follow-through + Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally At Textron, we believe that thriving at work starts with balance.
