Compensation and Analytics AnalystJoin DaVita's Compensation and Analytics team and help shape how we recognize and reward teammates across the Village! In this high-impact role, you'll use data to uncover insights that directly influence our compensation strategies and programs. As part of the People Services department, our team partners across DaVita to design, implement, and evolve rewards that align with our mission, vision, and business goals. We advise senior leaders using a blend of internal pay practices and external labor market trends, and we collaborate closely with teams like Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, People Analytics & Insights, and Transformation.
