Base Salary: $125k

ABOUT THE ROLE

A growing financial services organization is seeking a high-performing Compensation Associate to support compensation strategy, analytics, and key Total Rewards initiatives. This role offers significant visibility with senior leadership and is designed for an early-career professional ready to take on meaningful ownership and operate with a high degree of independence. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable with ambiguity, and interested in leveraging technology and AI to improve compensation processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of compensation programs.
• Conduct compensation market research, benchmarking, and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze salary structures, incentive programs, and bonus plans using large datasets.
• Support annual merit and bonus cycles, compensation planning, and forecasting.
• Develop clear, executive-ready analyses and recommendations from complex or incomplete information.
• Leverage advanced Excel, data analytics, visualization tools, and AI to improve insights and efficiency.
• Own assigned compensation projects and workstreams while proactively communicating with stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities across Total Rewards.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and other cross-functional teams on compensation initiatives.
• Support broader People/Total Rewards projects as needed.
