Job Description:
Were looking for a part-time Compensation Intern to join our Day & Zimmermann Human Resources team located in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term internship opportunity (1 year or more) with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon graduation.
Hours expected - 20 hours per week.
The Compensation Intern contributes to the success of the D&Z Corporate Compensation program through analytical and administrative support of key compensation processes. This role serves as an essential resource for compensation reporting, data analytics, and employee pay data management. Working closely with Compensation, HR, and business leaders, the intern will gain exposure to compensation strategy, salary administration, workforce analytics, and enterprise HR systems.
This position is best suited for a highly analytical student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and leveraging technology to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience using advanced Excel functions and reporting tools to analyze, validate, and present data.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the target starting pay for this role is $20 per hour.
