The Compensation & Retirement Analyst supports the administration and governance of MJHS’s compensation and retirement programs. This role assists with annual compensation cycles, provides analytical and operational support for pay decisions, and ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal pay requirements.
In addition, the Analyst plays a key role in the daily administration of retirement programs, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and a high‑quality employee experience. Serving as a trusted resource to employees, this role provides guidance on retirement benefits and plan features.
