About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Competitive Gymnastics Team Coach to join our team at Sandhills Gymnastics in Pinehurst, NC. As a coach, you will have the opportunity to work with talented young athletes and help them achieve their full potential in the sport of gymnastics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during practices and competitions
- Assist in skill development and technique improvement
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a positive and encouraging training environment
- Monitor and track athlete progress and performance
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience in competitive gymnastics (Bronze through L.6)
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and routines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- USAG certification preferred
