What Youll Actually Be Doing
- Calling people who requested quotes and building rapport
- Helping people understand their insurance options without making things confusing
- Following up consistently and staying on top of opportunities
- Learning how to confidently guide conversations and ask for the sale
- Working toward personal income goals while helping the team win
- Getting better every week through coaching, repetition, and real-world experience

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable talking on the phone with new people every day
- Organized and able to stay on top of opportunities
- Comfortable learning technology and new systems
- Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
