Responsibilities

What Youll Actually Be Doing


  • Calling people who requested quotes and building rapport
  • Helping people understand their insurance options without making things confusing
  • Following up consistently and staying on top of opportunities
  • Learning how to confidently guide conversations and ask for the sale
  • Working toward personal income goals while helping the team win
  • Getting better every week through coaching, repetition, and real-world experience

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable talking on the phone with new people every day
