A bit about us:

A highly regarded, full-service law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 2–4 years of experience to join its growing New York office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate who wants sophisticated commercial litigation experience, meaningful responsibility, and direct exposure to experienced partners and clients. The firm is known for handling complex, high-stakes matters for corporations, financial institutions, privately held businesses, executives, and other sophisticated clients across a broad range of industries.

The associate will work on a diverse mix of commercial disputes, including contract claims, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, financial services matters, corporate governance issues, and other complex litigation in state and federal courts.

Why join us?

The firm offers the sophistication and quality of work associated with a larger national platform while maintaining a collaborative, collegial environment where associates are known and supported.

Associates receive hands-on training, substantive responsibility, and opportunities to work directly with partners and clients early in their careers. The group values strong writing, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and attorneys who want to become well-rounded litigators rather than being limited to a narrow portion of a case.

This role is particularly well suited for an associate seeking:

Complex and varied commercial litigation matters.
Meaningful drafting and strategic responsibility.
Direct partner mentorship and client exposure.
Opportunities to participate in depositions and trial preparation.
A long-term platform with genuine advancement potential.
A professional environment that prioritizes teamwork, quality, and sustainable career development.
Compensation
