Complex Defense Litigation Paralegal - Boston (Hybrid 3:2)

Paralegal to join its Boston office. The office is an active, trial-forward team handling complex product liability, toxic tort, class action and commercial litigation, including tobacco defense. The team is tight-knit, leadership is accessible and the work is substantive. This role is ideal for a paralegal who wants substantive responsibility, visibility with attorneys, and meaningful involvement in high‑stakes litigation.

Your Role on the Team

• Support attorneys through all phases of complex litigation, from discovery through trial, including trial attendance as needed
• Review and analyze case materials to identify legally relevant information within assigned practice areas
• Draft, proofread and finalize legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence
• Manage and organize large volumes of documents using litigation support and document management platforms
• Track deadlines and coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, and opposing counsel to keep matters on schedule
• Take ownership of responsibilities and collaborate across all levels of the team in a fast-paced trial active environment
