The Complex Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering activities at six (6) complex locations (2-Hatcheries, 1-Feed Mill, 1-Processing Plant, 1-Debone Plant and 1-Prepared Foods/DC Plant). The engineering activities include supporting operations management to promote continuous improvements within the complex.
Design and develop improvement opportunities working with management teams and outside resources to explore opportunities for process improvements.
Function as the project manager for assigned projects managing scope, schedule and budget.
Communicate effectively to all levels of management.
All other relevant duties to the job.
