The role involves strategic planning, creating an annual HR business plan aligned with field operations, and driving innovative HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of HR experience in the high-speed food industry, and proven success in supervising HR functions like staffing, safety, and compliance.
They should possess strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with HRIS, workforce training, and reducing turnover.
Travel to other facilities is required.
