A leading defense litigation firm based in Illinois with offices throughout the United States is looking add a Complex Litigation Attorney to join its growing legal group.
Responsibilities:
Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end.
Work closey and collaborate with other attorneys and Partners.
Regular trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations and depositions.
Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients.
Qualifications:
Must have a JD from an accredited law school
Must have 2+ years of experience in defense litigation.
Admitted to practice in California
Experience with personal injury, General Liability, Catrastrophic Injury, Transportation and other civil Litigation Matters preferred.
Client Facing experience preferred.
Ability to integrate into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Legal project management experience is helpful
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
