Complex Litigation Associate – Orlando, FL

We are working with a law firm in Florida seeking an experienced Complex Litigation Associate with 3-8 years of defense litigation experience and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, working directly with partners and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative defense practice.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in Florida
• 3-8 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, or Transportation
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Experience handling trial preparation, investigation, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Comfortable working directly with partners and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented practice
