Join a respected Boston litigation team as a Complex Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys on high-stakes matters, including product liability, toxic tort, class actions, and commercial disputes. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Litigation Paralegal, Trial Paralegal, or Complex Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being deeply involved in case strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.

In this Complex Litigation Paralegal role, you'll work closely with accomplished litigators throughout all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. The successful candidate will have strong litigation support skills, experience managing large volumes of case materials, and the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities in a complex litigation practice.

The firm offers a collaborative team environment, meaningful attorney interaction, and the opportunity to work on nationally recognized litigation matters with hands-on trial exposure.

  • Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office with 2 days remote after onboarding completion)
  • Compensation: $78,000-$117,000 annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation, including discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial attendance.
  • Review, organize, and analyze case materials to identify critical facts, maintain case files, and support litigation strategy.
  • Draft, finalize, and manage pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents while overseeing large volumes of records and exhibits.<
