    Description

    A leading home care agency is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Administrator to ensure operational, regulatory, and documentation standards are met across the organization. This full-time, in-office role involves close coordination with multiple patient care coordinators and requires excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills.

    The ideal candidate will be proactive, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No healthcare experience is required—full training will be provided—making this an excellent opportunity to grow within a mission-driven organization.

     

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Maintaining and updating compliance records and documentation

    • Tracking licenses, certifications, and other required credentials

    • Preparing and organizing compliance-related reports

    • Managing filing systems and ensuring easy retrieval of records

    • Serving as the first point of contact for compliance inquiries

    • Coordinating with patient care coordinators to maintain regulatory standards

    • Utilizing Microsoft Office and database systems for data management

     

    Ideal Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and time-management skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with database systems

    • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
