SUMMARY

The Compliance Administrator serves as a regional operational support resource responsible for compliance coordination, training administration, quality assurance support, operational reporting, and workforce administration across multiple Amazon Fulfillment sites within the Texas 5 Region.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, HR practices, and workforce compliance requirements preferred

CERTIFICATIONS

  • CPR Instructor Certification (American Red Cross) or willingness to obtain certification
  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - COMPLIANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE
  • Monitor officer certifications, qualifications, licenses, and client-required documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Track employee certifications, training completions, recertification deadlines, and qualification requirements.
  • Verify all required certifications, uploads, and onboarding documentation for newly hired personnel prior to deployment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control personnel to identify and resolve compliance deficiencies.
  • Support internal audits, inspections, client reviews, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Assist with maintaining Amazon client compliance packages and learning qualification requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and records.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - TRAINING ADMINISTRATION & WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

  • Support regional training initiatives and administrative training functions.
  • Coordinate training schedules, certifications, attendance records, and qualification tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding activities from recruitment through On-the-Job Training (OJT) completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
  • Assist Regional Trainers with training logistics, reporting, and workforce readiness initiatives.
  • Support CPR, First Aid, and other certification tracking requirements.
  • Assist with uniform inventories and training equipment accountability.
  • Obtain and maintain instructor certifications, including CPR Instructor certification, as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION

  • Monitor employee attendance, scheduling compliance, and workforce accountability.
  • Review and track employee timekeeping, clock-in/clock-out compliance, holdovers, and shift changes.
  • Assist leadership with staffing coordination and personnel tracking activities.
  • Monitor shift-change reports and assist with escalation tracking and resolution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding certifications, scheduling, training requirements, and operational processes.
  • Coordinate communication between field personnel and operational leadership.
  • Assist with personnel records maintenance and workforce administration.
  • Support operational continuity by helping identify and resolve administrative issues impacting service delivery.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Generate recurring operational, compliance, and training reports for leadership.
  • Track compliance metrics, training completion rates, certifications, audit findings, and workforce trends.
  • Maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Assist with data collection and trend analysis to identify compliance gaps and operational risks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation in company systems and shared repositories.
  • Prepare reports and supporting documentation for audits, inspections, and leadership review.
  • Ensure all records remain current, accurate, and audit-ready.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FUNCTIONS

  • Support drug and alcohol program administration activities as assigned.
  • Assist with operational audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support logistics coordination related to uniforms, training materials, and operational equipment.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support regional operations.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, compliance administration, training administration, scheduling, human resources support, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or geographically dispersed teams preferred.
  • Experience in security, public safety, training, compliance, or workforce administration environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience maintaining training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Experience with workforce scheduling, personnel tracking, or operational reporting.
  • Experience supporting quality assurance, audits, or compliance initiatives.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Occasional after-hours support may be required to address operational needs.
  • Occasional travel between assigned regional sites may be required.
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments.
