CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Compliance Analyst role for a mortgage servicing company in Carrollton

COMPLIANCE ANALYST

LOCATION

Carrollton, TX | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• $28/hour

• Mon - Fri between 7am-6pm

The Compliance Analyst reviews mortgage files and processes to make sure they follow company policies and lending regulations. This role identifies compliance issues, keeps accurate records, and helps resolve problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review mortgage files and documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Identify and report compliance issues or missing information.

• Complete compliance audits and quality checks.

• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• Work with internal teams to correct compliance issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Mortgage compliance or quality-control experience.

• Experience in mortgage lending, compliance, or financial services.

• Basic knowledge of mortgage regulations such as RESPA, TILA, TRID, ECOA, and HMDA.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy.

• Strong organization and communication skills.

• Mortgage loan origination systems (LOS)

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office

• Document management systems
