Compliance Analyst - Charlotte, NC - Contract W2/C2C - $37-47 Per HR
Description
Ensures that the organization operates within regulatory requirements and industry standards by monitoring and evaluating control activities. This position requires working in a hybrid environment, supporting the development of control frameworks, and utilizing generic data analysis tools. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights and automating reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and rollout of control frameworks, reporting, and dashboards.
- Gather data from multiple sources, ensuring its accuracy and consistency.
- Develop and maintain control reports and visualizations using generic data analysis tools.
- Analyze trends and key performance indicators to support control improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of IT control frameworks relevant to the industry such as ISO, GDPR, and NIST.
- Experience with the development and implementation of control frameworks.
- Experience with control testing, risk assessment, and internal auditing practices.
- Experience in control reporting and dashboarding.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills with attention to detail.
