This role focuses on supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, reviewing business processes, maintaining compliance documentation, monitoring internal controls, and helping ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Responsibilities
- Review business processes for compliance with company policies
- Assist with internal audits and compliance assessments

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in compliance, finance, administration, auditing, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment
