MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Technical Reports (TR) Management: Process TRs and coordinate with analysts and corporate teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Produce weekly TR metrics and highlights to provide leadership with data for informed decision-making.
  • Waiver Coordination: Coordinate waiver request documents for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring packages are accurate, complete, and signed promptly.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain the Waiver Confluence page, providing guidance to customers and a centralized tracking space for the Waiver Team.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to TR and Waiver Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including document updates, process improvements, and training facilitation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Attend Technical Exchange Meetings to ensure information sharing between corporate teams and leadership.
  • Status Reporting: Complete Monthly Status Reports for the assigned Delivery Order, including company highlights and metrics pertaining to TRs and waivers.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience and an Associate's degree or 7 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 5 years of experience with a Master's degree.
  • Experience performing compliance, legal, auditing, or related work, and can also include working in an area directly related to NSA mission (e.g., collection, intelligence, cybersecurity)
  • Familiarization with laws/policies/authorities that govern the SIGINT and CYBER missions
  • Experience with SIGINT Dataflow
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of time
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
  • Ability for clear communication with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations


The projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
