Red Project Management is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support operational compliance, transaction monitoring, internal reporting, and risk management activities across procurement and digital asset operations.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of reviewing workflows, identifying compliance concerns, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal operational procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor procurement and transaction activities for compliance and accuracy
  • Assist with internal compliance reviews and reporting procedures
  • Maintain organized records and audit documentation
  • Review operational workflows and identify potential risks
  • Ensure company activities align with internal policies and procedures
  • Assist with onboarding, verification, and compliance documentation processes
  • Support management with compliance-related reporting and investigations
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and transaction summaries
  • Coordinate with operations and project management teams regarding compliance matters
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and operational information

Requirements

  • Previous experience in compliance, finance, operations, accounting, risk management, or related fields preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial operations or procurement environments
  • Familiarity with transaction monitoring or operational workflows
  • Knowledge of compliance procedures, documentation, and reporting
  • Experience working in startup or fast-growth environments is a plus
