The Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization''s regulatory compliance program by monitoring, assessing, and ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing mortgage lending and servicing activities. This role conducts compliance reviews, analyzes regulatory changes, evaluates business processes, identifies compliance risks, and partners with business stakeholders to implement corrective actions and maintain a strong culture of compliance. The Compliance Analyst helps ensure the company operates in accordance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, investor guidelines, and industry best practices.

Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations, including but not limited to:
Truth in Lending Act (TILA)
Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA)
TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID)
Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA)
Fair Housing Act (FHA)
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act (SAFE Act)
Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP)
Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), as applicable
Knowledge of mortgage origination, underwriting, closing, funding, and servicing processes.
Understanding of compliance risk management principles and internal control frameworks.
Knowledge of audit methodologies and regulatory examination practices.
