The Virginia Cannabis Control Authority (VCCA) is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Compliance and Enforcement Inspector. This position supports VCCA's mission by conducting regulatory investigations, inspections, and compliance reviews of licensed and unlicensed cannabis operations within the assigned region. The role ensures adherence to cannabis laws, regulations, and agency policies by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, documenting findings, and supporting enforcement actions. The Inspector plays a critical role in protecting public health and safety, preventing diversion, and ensuring the integrity of the legal cannabis market.
