Located in Stanton, Tennessee, it was established in 2026 as a stand‑alone company, previously a joint‑venture with BlueOval SK. The 4‑million‑square‑foot facility is state‑of‑the‑art, climate‑controlled, highly automated, and includes clean‑room conditions.
