    What Youll Do

    Develops, implements, administers, and certifies compliance policies, procedures, and practices. Ensures alignment with legal ethical standards of the organization. Provides compliance advice, investigates complaints, and verifies deficiencies are corrected. Develops employee communication and training programs that focus on the elements of a company-wide compliance program. Analyzes metrics and audits functional compliance programs. Maintains current knowledge of laws for financial, advertising, and marketing reporting, regulations, and industry guidance that impact the companys compliance program.

    With moderate supervision, plan and/or perform investigations and reviews of employee concerns raised through the ethics and employee concerns program or referred from Pantex Field Office (PFO), Office of Inspector General, or other federal agencies or external parties. Assists the Ethics and Employee Concerns Manager with gathering of factual information concerning employee conflict of interest inquiries and provides appropriate interpretation of applicable policy for matter resolution.

    Maintains the Ethics and Employee Concerns tracking system to track the receipt, referral and disposition of incoming ethics issues, including employee concerns, conflicts of interest and outside activities.

    Creates and disseminates communications, tools, and resources in support of employee compliance with the company's Code of Conduct, conflict of interest, and policies and procedures relating to Ethics and Employee Concerns.

    Researches and evaluates information or data on evolving ethics and employee concerns practices or applicable regulatory changes affecting the program and makes program modification recommendations as needed to the Ethics and Employee Concerns Manager.

    Provides advice regarding matters that may involve actual, potential, or apparent conflicts of interest, including the resolution, management, mitigation and avoidance of such conflicts.

    Minimum Job Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree with: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. (Typical relevant experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.)
    • OR Masters Degree with: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. (Typical relevant experience ranging from 4 to 7 years.)

    The minimum education and experience for the lowest career level in the job posting range are listed under Minimum Job Requirements.     Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.

    Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 709. Medical requirements may apply.
