Job Overview:
As a part-time Compliance and Leasing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for community compliance enforcement and leasing administration. This role requires strong knowledge of governing documents, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inspections, documentation, resident communication, and reporting in coordination with the Property Manager and Board of Directors.
This part-time opportunity is available at a property in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $ 24.00 / hour
