Location: Tampa, 33626 – This position is onsite

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Schedule: Monday though Friday 9AM to 5PM, with a paid 30 minute lunch and two 10 minute paid breaks.

With overtime as needed for business purposes.

Job description:

1. Manage state regulatory form and rate filings through SERFF/NAIC, coordinating submissions, approvals, and denials with insurers and third-party filing vendors.
2. Coordinate lender form filings and approvals through direct filing and F&I Sentinel, obtaining required documentation from insurers, lenders, and other partners.
3. Track and coordinate licensing and license renewals, ensuring required licenses remain active and are renewed by established deadlines.
4. Review and revise compliance materials, sales materials, procedures, and program documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and program offerings; respond to compliance-related questions via email and phone.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, insurers, vendors, agents, and dealers to develop and launch new programs, communicate compliance updates, and participate in industry and compliance meetings, including GAPA and SCIC monthly calls.

Requirements:

• Experience in the automotive ancillary products industry such as GAP and underwriting flow
• Must live within 30 minutes
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
