Compliance Audit Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Audit Consultant to join a Financial Services company in New York. This temporary role focuses on supporting the Accounting & Finance department with essential tasks and projects. This contract is 5 DAYS IN MIDTOWN NYC.

Description

• Assist in reviewing and analyzing financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support the implementation of internal audit strategies and frameworks within the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies during all audit processes.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Accounting & Finance department.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial and operational data.

Profile

A successful Compliance Audit Consultant should have:

• A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in analyzing financial statements, audits, and compliance processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and internal control frameworks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
