Responsibilities but not limited to:
- OBL distribution and documentation management
- Communication with forwarders and payment processing for ocean freight and handling charges
- Vendor statement review and payment processing
- Sharing arrival schedules for produce containers (including air shipments) with the Produce Team
- Produce import file updates and coordination with the Produce Team
- Weight & Measure License renewal
- Fishery License renewal
- Coordination of scale inspections for new stores and processing Scale Device Permits Applications
Qualifications / Skills:
- Associate's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Must be able to communicate fluently in both languages to coordinate with forwarders, vendors, and internal teams
- Prior experience in customs clearance, logistics, or administrative compliance is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Strong attention to detail for managing licenses (Weight & Measure, Fishery) and permit applications
- Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication style for external vendor and agency coordination
