Compliance Coordinator

Temporary Assignment Through December 31, 2026 (Potential Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | First Shift (Flexible: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM)
Pay: $30.00 per hour

MOLARI Employment & HealthCare Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator for one of Berkshire County's largest nonprofit organizations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in legal support, compliance, regulatory affairs, investigations, or policy administration who enjoys analytical work and thrives in a professional office environment.

This assignment is expected to continue through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of transitioning to a temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support compliance initiatives across the organization.
  • Research, interpret, and apply local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports and professional written documentation.
  • Conduct research and assist with internal investigations related to policy and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, to manage projects and communications.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities.
  • Professional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook 365, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies and translate them into practical application.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.

A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, but candidates with significant related experience and/or professional certifications will also be considered. Individuals with backgrounds such as Legal Assistant, Paralegal, Compliance Specialist, Regulatory Coordinator, Risk Management, Quality Assurance, or similar administrative compliance roles are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information

This position is based in Pittsfield, MA. After a successful training period and demonstrated performance, there may be the opportunity to work remotely 1-2 days per week.
