Additional Compensation Details:

$27- $30/hour
Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure

Job Description
The primary function of the Compliance Coordinator is to assist in the collection and verification of all required food-safety, organic and compliance documents necessary to maintain Charlie's role as a leader in food safety and regulatory compliance. The Compliance Coordinator will maintain documentation in the company database and DocLink.

Essential Responsibilities Include, and Are Not Limited To:

Engage with vendorsfor collection and return of Food Safety/Compliance documents
Verifyaccuracy and completeness of the collected information
Upload and review documents in NetDocs database workspaces per vendor and compliance requirements
Track, review and request new and updated documents prior to current expiration date
Collect, request and send documentation to fulfill internal and external requests
Assist in the research and collection of information needed to complete all customer requests
Proactively research and implement industry standards and requirements
Engage with vendors within supply chain and provide excellent customer service and communication regarding regulatory compliance
Respond to customer inquiries as needed
Other duties may be assigned by supervisor

Qualifications
Desired Skills & Experience:

Proactively identify problems and solutions
Preferably at least 1 year of administrative and/ or customer service experience
Excellent phone communicationand customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management and team working skills
Commitment to quality
Previous experience in produce and/ or grocery industry a plus
