The Role: The Compliance & Leasing Specialist is responsible for supporting daily leasing operations while ensuring full compliance with affordable housing regulations and company policies. This role manages applicant processing, resident recertifications, lease renewals, and compliance documentation to maintain program eligibility, maximize occupancy, and support high-quality resident service.
This position works closely with the Property Manager, Compliance team, and site staff to ensure regulatory requirements (LIHTC, HUD, and/or other affordable housing programs) are met accurately and on time.
The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
