Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with legal timelines
Track lawsuits in which the agency is a party
Coordinate the administrative rule review filing process
Assist with and track agency fulfillment of public record requests
Track completion of mandatory ethics law requirements
Assist with records retention

Item of Note:
This position will work from OHFA's offices which are located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; AND experience with filing administrative rules and State of Ohio government agencies; AND familiarity with records retention schedules, Ohio Ethics Laws, and Ohio Public Records Laws.
