The Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing inspections, reporting, and field and administrative compliance activities to verify they are performed in accordance with established policies and contractual requirements. This role conducts on-site inspections ofprovider motor vehicles to confirm compliance with statutory regulations, while also monitoring transportation provider service delivery, including vehicle condition, driver performance, and overall contract compliance. The position serves as an instructor or facilitator for driver training and acts as a liaison to engage providers and drivers, promote adherence to safety standards, ADA requirements, and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The Compliance Officer is responsible for maintaining quality control in field operations through ongoing oversight and evaluation of transportation services.
