Under the general supervision of a Director or designee, this position is responsible for providing assistance to management in ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations, implementing compliance programs, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting in internal operations related to compliance regulations.
The incumbent is responsible for regulatory oversight, license compliance, monitoring, policy development, implementation, education, training, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of the Highway Safety Office or Allied Health clearance within an agency.
