Job Description
- Provide day-to-day support to Compliance and Financial Crime Risk teams by responding to routine inquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist with enterprise compliance and financial crime risk assessments through data collection, analysis, and documentation preparation.
- Support monitoring, quality assurance, and control testing activities by performing reviews and documenting results.
- Review policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Prepare management reporting, metrics, and committee materials related to compliance and risk activities.
- Assist with regulatory change initiatives, including impact assessments, documentation, and implementation support.
- Monitor regulatory and industry developments and prepare summaries of relevant changes.
- Maintain compliance trackers, logs, and documentation repositories.
- Support process improvement initiatives and ongoing enhancement of compliance and risk management frameworks.
