Overview Zip is looking for a Compliance & Risk Testing Manager to join our Compliance & Risk organization and help strengthen our second line oversight capabilities across our bank partner compliance programs and internal control environment. This role will play a critical part in assessing the effectiveness of controls, identifying gaps and emerging risks, and helping drive a strong culture of compliance and accountability across the business.You will partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Product, Operations, Legal, and business stakeholders to execute testing activities that evaluate adherence to regulatory obligations, bank partner requirements, and internal policies and procedures. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations.The annual base Pay Range for this position is $92,000 - $125,000. This range reflects our US national compensation band (USN).
