Compliance Services Specialist I( Customer Service & Salesforce)

Role: Compliance Specialist-I
Location: Schaumburg, IL
Pay Rate: $18-20//hr on W2.

The role is responsible for managing compliance-related mail processes, including routing, processing, and ensuring proper documentation for fleet vehicles. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work within various systems to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment without losing accuracy
• Computer literate with exposure and confidence in web-based systems; comfortable with MS 365
• Good Communication Skills
• Self-motivated
• Experience with legal documents (e.g., managing MSO’s and filling out legal assignments of ownership for vehicles)
• Prior work experience with Driver or Fleet management Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Sales Force request management system
• Familiarity with compliance metrics and reporting
• Knowledge of government agency processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process renewal mail registrations and plates using appropriate resources
• Organize and send driver notification letters for US Government Client delivery
• Receive, sort, and manage mail processes, including registration and plate cancellations
• Coordinate with clients and Account Managers through Sales Force cases
• Generate daily reports for compliance tracking
