The Compliance Specialist supports the EARN Program through compliance management, assisting in the maximization of efficient and effective service delivery to EARN customers. Duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing time and attendance, quality review and completion of relevant data forms, and communicating compliance related information to Workforce Advisors. Compliance Specialists work closely with Workforce Advisors and the Data Team to ensure clear communication between departments for timely follow-up and outreach.
This role is located in our CareerLink office in Center City Philadelphia. This role is on-site, 5 days a week. This position is full time, 35 hours per week.

Experience in case management
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of human service/ case management experience preferred; Appropriate experience or special training may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.

The base pay for this position ranges from $48,000 to $51,500. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
