Job TitleLicensing, Registrations & Regulatory ComplianceJob DescriptionManage federal and state wholesale licensing processes, including renewals, amendments, ownership updates, and related regulatory filings. Prepare, submit, track, and maintain all applicable state and federal permits, licenses, brand registrations, and renewals. Prepare and submit TTB COLAs and maintain tracking for pending and approved submissions. Conduct label review and approval support to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state requirements. Coordinate NABCA CSC setup and maintenance where applicable. Communicate and follow up with regulatory agencies regarding deficiencies, approvals, and compliance matters. Maintain accurate compliance records, supporting documentation, and workflow tracking across all assigned markets and brands. Manage monthly and periodic state reporting and filing administration. Maintain ShipCompliant records and related compliance systems accurately and timely. Maintain workflow organization, operational visibility, and deadline management across assigned workstreams. Utilize Monday.com (or current company PM systems) for project tracking, prioritization, and workflow management. Develop and maintain SOPs and recurring compliance process documentation. Support departmental process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives. Demonstrate strong prioritization, responsiveness, accountability, and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines. Provide notary support for internal business documentation and compliance-related matters as needed. Proactively communicate status updates, blockers, delays, risks, and outstanding items. Research and resolve routine compliance matters independently before escalating. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and external regulatory agencies as needed. Demonstrate sound judgment, critical thinking, and consistent operational execution.The Successful ApplicantMinimum 3-5+ years of alcohol beverage compliance experience strongly preferred. Strong working knowledge of wine and spirits regulatory compliance requirements. Experience with state licensing, registrations, TTB COLAs, ShipCompliant, and regulatory reporting. Ability to obtain and maintain a New York Notary Public commission within 90 days of hire is required based on operational business needs. Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment. Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret requests and execute with minimal oversight. Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through. Experience utilizing workflow/project management systems preferred (Monday.com or similar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management systems. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate: independent operational ownership, strong organizational and tracking capabilities, excellent responsiveness and follow-through, strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, consistent accuracy and accountability in a deadline-driven environment, ability to independently navigate routine compliance matters and regulatory processes.What's on Offer401K with 4% employer match - goes live on the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment.
