Job Description Summary
Compliance Systems Analysts are primarily responsible for (1) the ongoing maintenance and end-user support of compliance systems and applications while also (2) designing and building out additional functionality to assist the compliance team in process automation, auditing, monitoring, reporting, and overall process improvement efforts. The Compliance Systems Analyst is responsible for obtaining and maintaining an in-depth/SME-level knowledge of the functionalities and capabilities of current compliance systems as well as the underlying workflows and processes. Current compliance systems/ applications include SAI Global's Compliance360, Tech Software IRB Manager, Streamline Verify, and Maxient. This position serves end-users of these products throughout the Southeast Health system and also directly supports the Corporate Compliance Officer and Assistant Compliance Officer on projects.
