You, too, can become part of our dedicated team in Delta, BC as \n \nComponent Apprentice \n \nCode: MMA / 23260-23261\n \nSalary: $28.62 - $32.59 per hour\n \nThe Apprentice is responsible for learning about disassembly, assembly, inspection and test stand work on gas turbine engines and aeronautical components/accessories.\n \nYour Tasks:\n \nTypical duties and responsibilities include implementing work plans by following instructions from various sources, using test and measuring equipment to carry out work, recognizing and reporting defects on parts, assemblies, engines, and accessories, certifying correctness of work and performing preliminary inspections, raising and creating repair documents and ordering parts.\n \nOur Requirements:\n \nSkills and Qualification:\n\n Must have completed a recognized AME or GTE course or equivalent entry qualification.\n Must have mechanical aptitude.\n Must have knowledge of engine components/accessories.\n Must possess good interpersonal skills, organizational skills and cooperates well with others\n Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing\n \nInterpersonal Skills:\n\n Interpersonal Skills\n Enhancing People Skills\n Problem Solving and Decision Making\n \nTechnical Skills:\n\n Maintenance Policy Manual\n Metallurgy\n Service Bulletins\n Manufacturers Standard Practices\n MTU Forms and Records\n Mechanical Drawing\n Inspection Procedures\n \nComputer Skills:\n\n Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook)\n* SAP\n \nWe Offer:\n \nGo to our website, to learn more about us.
